We will be required to update our inventory to comply with strict new state regulations aimed at regulating the vaping industry. Only products that are registered can be legally sold in Virginia Vape Shops or else there is a $1,000 fine per day per product.
Although the legal fight is ongoing, with potential for further decisions from the 4th District Court, and/or a decision with the Eastern District Court, the Attorney General’s Office will begin enforcement April 1st. This could change pending the court’s decision at any point. We understand this is very confusing, as we are also confused.
These changes mean much of our selection will change significantly, but we are committed to providing you with legal, quality products.
Before April 1st, we highly encourage you to stock up on any and all supplies that you will need, because we will have to pull any items that aren’t approved on the Virginia Vape Registry.

New Age requirements for purchasing Vapor Products in Virginia:
Effective July 1, 2019, Virginia’s laws are changing for purchasing Vapor Products. You must now be 21 years of age or older to purchase Vapor Products in the State of Virginia. The only exception to this law is Active Duty Military.
No one under 21 will be allowed at the Sales Counter, unless you are Active Duty Military.
We do not allow parents to purchase for minors as this is the law in Virginia.
